These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 990autopilot.com and the filing service it describes (the "Service"), operated by FormRoute LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). By purchasing a subscription or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
The Service prepares and submits IRS Form 990-N (e-Postcard) on behalf of your organization, based solely on the information you provide, and delivers the IRS acceptance record to you by email. We are a filing service. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or tax advisor; we do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice; and we are not affiliated with the IRS or any government agency. Form 990-N can be filed at no cost directly with the IRS at irs.gov.
Form 990-N is available only to organizations that meet IRS eligibility requirements, including the gross-receipts test (normally $50,000 or less, measured under the IRS three-year average rule). You confirm eligibility at checkout and again in each annual review. We rely on your confirmation and do not independently verify it. If your organization is not eligible, a filing may be rejected or ineffective, and you remain responsible for the correct filing obligation.
Filings are prepared from the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and completeness, and you represent that you are authorized to act for the organization. If you notify us of an error before a filing is transmitted, we will correct it. After transmission we will assist where the IRS process allows, but some submissions cannot be recalled.
We aim to transmit your first filing promptly after checkout and each renewal filing ahead of your deadline, and to email your IRS acceptance record when the IRS confirms acceptance. Transmission depends on IRS system availability and processing; we are not responsible for IRS outages, processing delays, or rejections attributable to the information provided. Filings are transmitted through an IRS-authorized e-file provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of tax-exempt status arising from ineligibility, inaccurate information you provided, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Service notices — reminders, annual confirmations, acceptance records, and renewal notices — are sent to the email address you provide. Keeping that address current is your responsibility, and these notices are part of the Service and cannot be opted out of while your subscription is active.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes do not reduce the notice or cancellation rights described in Section 4 for your current subscription year.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions and notices: support@990autopilot.com.
